I'm tryint to get pregnant for many months and currenly at the 3rd month of taking chlomid. SInce it takes so long to get pregnant , and my husband and I are a bit frustruated, we are planing to take ski vacation in 3 weeks, which will be 1 week after ovulation. If I finaly get pregnant this months I will be 3 weeks pregnant at this vacation. I know that no one should ski while pregnant, but I won't even know whether I'm pregnant at that time. Is it ok to go skiing? I'm medium level skiier and in pretty good shape.

I am pregnant now and when I first found out my Dr. told me not to change anything I did in my normal exercise routine. I mean don't go crazy but you should be OK. Just call and ask the Dr.

I don't see why it would be a problem. I was about 2 months pregnant when I went to Cedar Point and went on any of the rides I could and my daughter was perfectly fine from that. There were no bad side effects from any of the flipping, tossing or jerking. My doctor also told me it was okay to play softball until I was 3 months pregnant. They told me physical activity like that was good for me, but once I got to 3 months I had to start being more careful of myself. Like I said you should be fine, but maybe give you doctor a call just to double check what they may think cause all doctors have different opinions on things. Good Luck and Happy Holidays!

If a skydiver can land on the ground after her parachute failed, survive to find out she was two months pregnant, and go on to have a healthy kid.... I don't think skiing at 3 weeks pregnant should be a problem.

If you need any reassurance - always ask your doctor.

Talk to your fertility Dr about this. don't want you to get out there and hurt yourself or baby.
