VVhat are some things i can say to my ex??

i really vvant my ex to beleive me and hovv i really feel deep inside. but ive said so many things to her that i simply dont knovv hovv to make her feel special again.

I'm going to have to agree with Derek985. I lost my ex a year ago and YES! it has been very hard for me without her. But I tried so many times to just say what I want to say and she still will not care. It does hurt, but as time does go on so will you. I know what you're going through. And I know she means everything to you, but STAY STRONG. I know it's hard and it has been for me. But try and make the most of it without her for the time being. Yes! it may be your loss but it's also hers too.

The only advice I have to give is to keep yourself busy. Go out with your friends, go to the movies, take your Friends out to eat, etc, etc, etc., As time pass it will be easier for you. And you are not the only person who has gone through this. We all have and we feel your pain.

If you have lied in the past, then she is unlikely to believe you now. Its hard to be specific without knowing the details. She needs time to heal and get her life together. She really doesn't want empty promises or explanations. She may want to hear an apology though. The best thing you can do is give her some space. Offer your friendship and tell her you will be there for her if she ever needs anything. A friend gives without expecting anything in return. She may decide you are worthy of another chance. She is your ex isn't she ?? Why do you want to make her feel special now ?? Perhaps you should have worried about that a bit more when you were still together. You could try talking to her but depending on the circumstances of your break-up, l don't know if it will help or not. Maybe you could write her a letter explaining exactly how you feel about her, but like l said the damage may have already been done. Best of luck with it all and a Merry Xmas to you.

Nothing. My own experience is that once you've passed the point of no return - nothing you say will help. I'm so sorry to tell you this but it really is the truth. After she passes that point, she's only focused on the negative aspects of your relationship and will associate any of your comments with a negative feeling - even if they're the most heartfelt things you can say.
