Off the top of my head, the only one I can think of is Iraq about 20 or so years ago.

None. Maybe Greece, a few thousand years ago (Thermopolae) while they were called the Persian Empire.
Iraq attacked Iran in the '80's. The United States (CIA) helped overthrow their elected leader, Mosadeq, in the '50's.

Iran attacked,Iraq,they have fed the munitions(weapons) to antagonize Israel,They only attacked Iraq as a nation but they have factions that fund other Muslim countries militant Islamic extremists to attack the Jewish Nation of Israel and to eradicate the non muslims in other countries by death and intimidation
