unwise risk taking, and self destructive behavior, generally, are usually symptoms of.....? why not research the area and make conscious that which is desirous of becoming known to you by your deeper levels of being? a wise exercise in self discovery, eh? check out the book: *the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom* for some helpful hints, and best of luck ;-)

Even if you do? Depends on why you hurt yourself. Most people would be mad that I said that, I should have told you not too. But, I know people, and if they say they will hurt themselves, most likely they will.
