Bold Plea---That's a dishonest answer.--You know there are many more whites than blacks in the U.S.
I know it's politically incorrect to say it , yet everyone w/ common sense knows it's really true. Just drive through a black neighborhood and you can see the truth. --The further blacks penetrate into other neighborhoods the more filthy public bathrooms you'll find.-- And don't try to blame it on poverty. Soap and water and a little paint doesn't cost that much.
Every country that has a large black population seems to have those same ugly surroundings in the black neighborhoods.
I know what I'm saying here is very hurt-full and it certainly doesn't help black people to hear this sort of thing: but ignoring the truth doesn't really help.--I would give anything to be able to help black people solve this problem.

No. That all has to do with classes and education, not color. There are lots of very wealthy blacks, and more poor whites in total than blacks. Mixing the races has no economic consequences because of that.
You should get an education if you don't want to remain 'poverished' (which isn't a word, btw. It's 'impoverished').

Appears to me by you knowledge of the language you are already pretty poverished... in mind, in heart, and in soul. Since I am sure you are a white fellow, I just want to tell you, that you and your ilk, make me feel ashamed to also be a white man.

America is becoming impoverished because the elected (predominately white) officials continue to make poor legislative and economic decisions regarding the nation.
