Well, I believe in God. Now, you may not, but since I do, I will give you my opinion. God made Adam and Eve right? He also made animals. He made Adam and Eve and told them to reproduce. What do you think he wanted the animals to do? Reproduce as well. The flood came along and Noah took two of every kind of animal on the Ark (actually the animals came on there own) and God closed the door (with 8 people in the Ark). Now, if God made Adam and Eve (a grown man and a grown woman) wouldn't he make a "Grown" chicken before he makes the egg? Adam and Eve were not babies when God made them. I think the chicken came first.

Ok, the only way this works is if the chicken came first...eggs can't hatch unless there kept warm by the mom, so if eggs came first they wouldn't hatch, plus they'd be open prey to other predators.

well if you say the egg after that is created how does the chicken get in it? i believe the chicken came first and is kept in the parent and then the egg is created with just enough room for the chicken to squirm in and then sealed.

When got created the world he created the Chicken along with the other land animals. He spoke and they were there. So I asume the Chicken came first then they started to reproduce.

I would imagine that would depend on your beliefs concerning the very beginning of life itself.
It would seem if you believe in the evolution of species, rather than the creation account, you would believe the egg came first.
However if you believe in the creation story wouldn't the chicken have come first.?.

The egg came first, because if there was no egg, there would be no chickens to make more eggs.

the chicken. if you go by biblical terms, God created animals and plansts after creating the universe and the earth. an egg is not an animal until it's hatched. so chicken came first.
