Yes, you do have rights to 50% of everything as long as you are still married and you did not sign papers giving up your right to a 50/50 split. Contact a lawyer or Legal Aide. GOOD LUCK

Actually---if you are married you have 100% ownership in everything and so does your husband. It's when you get divorced that you'd get 50%. It's a legal principal that's hard to explain on a board like this, but say you two have dishes. They are 100% your dishes and you can sell or give them away. He can too. Neither of you can do anything about it b/c they were yours to begin with.

'WRITES"............I hope you mean rights. Being that you are not capable of formulating a correct sentence, I would say NO. Is the other member of this partnership as ignorant as ou appear to be?
As far as the law goes, you probably are entitled to fifty percent. Don't forget that includes ALL debts as well as gains. Personally, I have a problem with anyone that 'expects' half of what I own. Unless they have contributed fifty percent, they can leave with what they brought to the relationship.

when you got married it was with the governments contract, the resolution can only come from the state, since the state is basically evil don't count on anything being fair and just.

most states are community property states, where you both split 50- 50 all your belongings

yes you have rights but it all depend on what you have rights for. in some state if you didn't pay or do something they don't care if you are still married
