My heart goes out to you, for I know that feeling, maybe you should find someone trustful that will listen and help you, I have been like this for years I have depression. Even when happy things come my way, I feel good for about five minutes, and then I am back to feeling lonely and alone. Praying has help me a lot also, did something tragic happen in your life? That maybe the beginning of it, and then everyday life's ups and downs may have added to that..please don't hesitate on getting some help, the longer it goes untreated the worst it gets. if you need or want someone to talk to, send me an e-mail and we can talk.......Good Luck, and take care

whenever I'm at a gathering or a family party, I feel depressed and want to leave. Maybe cuz I feel left out or something.
That's why I don't go to one anymore. I just invite a few people at my house so I don't feel that "alone"

i understand, U need friends too. Go call sdomeone to hang out,. or go to the mall and go talk to starngers in the food court. it will be alright.
i'm pretty damn lonely too. That is why I'm on here so much.

We all have our moments, but if yours are all the time, maybe you need to try talking to your counselor. (are you in school?) Maybe it's 'growing pains'...
