Yep, I always find a flaw in something I do everytime I think I finished. And especially when I compare with other people's.

Yeah. I try and try but people say it isnt good enough and I need to apply myself more when I am trying my best to balance work and play!

In some situations, yes- because with some folks that's the way it is. I'm trying to get away from being a 'people-pleaser' and I really think I pretty well have. The ones you just can't please aren't worth pleasing...
