I keep haveing the same nightmare every night for the past month. In the nightmare I'm walking around London but its empty and theres a lot of fog, there are no sounds and a weird smell, some times I come to a fence and have to clime it and then keep going, the fog in the dream is really thick I can only see about ten feet in front of me and the smell is really weird and I'm always wearing the same thing. One night I came across an old lady a she told me the one who betrayed me will return then she disapered, a few nights after that a weird wolf-like thing chased me the disapeared. What does all of this mean?

All dreams are in metaphor, and represent issues that are happening your current life, offering you an insight or solution to a problem. Recurrent dreams reflect an unresolved (unfinished) issue in your life. Notice when you have the dream and see what happened that day BEFORE you had the dream. Your emotional state and your interactions of the day are the keys to meaning(s).

In this dream, you are in a fog, something smells bad (a warning), and a figure comes to warn you that a betrayer will return. What does this sound like in your waking life? You are clearly worried about something and using this set of symbols to express it. They are the best symbols, which is the reason you keep choosing them.

In what way are in a fog, wandering around and coming up against difficulties (the fence you climb)? These reflect a current issue.

Also, what happened in your life a month ago that precipitated the start of this dream? Something changed then. If you can pinpoint what it was, you're close to finding the insight the dream offers.

You are the final authority on what your dream means.

Exactly what the old lady told you. The one who betrayed you, will return. All that surround is your fear when that person comes back.
