If yes, how much is the duty?
I live in Canada and I realized many times one item in both .com and .ca web pages, however the price of Canadian web site is much more (after changing US$ to CDN$). I thought maybe it is better to use .com webpages for online shopping. But maybe there is an extra fee for duties for shipping from US to Canada. Is there?

There is a duty when shipping from the US to Canada, just like if you purchased the item on vacation and were carrying it back in. It's not always strictly enforced, depending on what the sender writes on the customs form, but if you are purchasing from a business and not a private person, they definitely will add the duty on for you.
