.......well this is sorta a toughie...guys are difficult to interpret....he could be bummed out about something right now...or feeling a little indecicive....give him a little space....and his best friend....he could very well be a much better boyfriend....so i think you should consider it......but it's up to you...try thinking about what you like about this guy...is it just his looks and status...or his personality....if it's the first two....get over him....its not worth it..and his friend could be better....good luck with your decision!

Tell his best friend that you don't like him that way. Ask the other guy out. If he says no, he isn't the right one. He wasn't willing to try you out, so don't dwell. Hope this helps

ask him yourself if he likes you... and he could be doing that because he knows that his best friend likes you and he didnt want to mess anything up.. hes trying to be a good friend.. and if he doesnt like you and you like his friend then everything is okay still... and you never know he may not be what your looking for..
