I have been using joy but if I have any greasy dishes, even with suds, they still come out with a slickery coating on them (of course, I do them last)...what is the best dishsoap that you have found for cutting grease?

Dawn is best. It's even used on animals that are affected by oil tanker spills!

Dawn, without a doubt. I tracked grease through my house from an auto shop, and it sat for at least 24 hours before I noticed. A little Dawn mixed with HOT water busted that grease right out with little effort. It's amazing on dishes. It's all my family uses now, and all my grandmother has ever used.

The best thing that I have found is the Dawn Direct Foam. Put some on a damp sponge wipe/scrub the dish, can let set for a few minutes then rinse off.

My wife just found something amazing two days ago. Its OxyFoam by Palmolive. It comes in a lather spray dispenser. Its more expensive then regular dish soap, but it will cut through anything, no matter how hard and long it has been caked on the dishes or utensils.

Dawn is by far and away the best. Nothing else I've tried has come close.
