Eyes have the answer,you will always catch them looking at you at first they look away but then get bolder and hold the look for a while,next step has to be accidentally brushing against you or someone introduces you if they slightly blush and smile you're in
the rest is history enjoy the addoration for a while,If you are sure then make them sweat get closer in the bar or whatever but never actually make contact have fun whatever.

a lot of direct eye contact..they will play with their hair..they also will start to mimic you in actions..so that if, for example, you lift up your glass to take a drink..they will do so at the same time...also if the person touches you..it a very clear sign.

Eye contact,touching your arm,leaning towards you,and they tend to mimic what your doing (subconsciously,of course)-so if you cross your legs-they will too.
