There's a small town in Alaska that answers these letters with letters signed Santa. Sometimes the parent will write thir own response, insert a self-address stamped envelope, and the people of the Alaskan town will mail that letter back so it is personalized and has the North Pole shipping mark.

There are definately young ones that still do this. There are countless places the letter would desire to bypass. the father and mom would take the letter out of the mailbox. yet each so often positioned up places of work will take the letter and then throw them away, so the new child thinks that the mailman further it to Santa.

Most get taken care of at the post office. Some letters end up making their way to Alaska, where the post office post-marks it and sends back a reply. Most never get answered though.

To the North Pole, silly. They even have a volunteer staff that will answer back! You're a little late though. Merry Christmas!
