After ten pm it's a noise violation in most neighborhoods. Call the cops.
Don't go over there, b/c then he'll know who called.
You don't want an enemy who knows where you live, bro, that's too much stress.

The Cops won't really do anything for you, unless other neighbors call in and complain too. It's just hard, I guess for them to believe just 1 person, that being you. The more people that don't like it the better, otherwise you might just want to deal with it. I have a noisy neighbor myself, has a crappy sounding and loud motorcycle that he races down the road, I guess someone being ran over or seriously injured will do the trick, it's not really my problem though so I let karma set in.

Shoot him...but seriously (if you cannae find a gun) call the uniforms, for (as stated) it's now known as 'noise pollution' - and the police - some forces more than other, indeed take it seriously...however if your particular police force are not too interested - then my advice at the top of the message may be the only option. See how quick the cops will want to apprehend then - mostly to get their names and photographs in the local paper...'Hero police stops gunman' etc.

I turned off my neighbor's electricity. It worked like a voodoo charm. I live around the corner from the power boxes for the complex and I'm an electrician.

Barring that, I'd call the police. Encourage your neighbors to do the same. If he starts getting lots of complaints they'll fine him and THAT will probably do the trick!

Figure out his sleep schedule and compromise it with a bit of loud music that suits your taste....or call the police.
