Probably not, unless you already have some knee injury or other problem. But it'll sure mess up the desk!

not as bad as sitting at a desk all day long. its ok if u do it a little. i do it all the time and nothing has happened to me. so no it doesnt mess up ur knees that much.

No. It actually takes some pressure off them, relaxes them. Legs are elevated, blood flow fluid.

My guess would be no, unless somebody sits on them and they become hyperextended (ouch). You may put a strain on your hamstrings and calf muscles, or on Achilles tendon.
