you got to choose between going through the management ladder or to go through technical vertical. Based on your desire, you should decide on where you want to go. You can have multiple degrees, but look at what interests you in life & whether you will be benifitted in life with those many PG's.

Make up your mind & adhere to your decision. All the best.

Doing an MBA after your M tech would be one of the greatest ways to stay ahead in today's competitive job market. In fact, doing an MBA is almost like a pre requisite for a better job in whatever field you are in. Whatever branch of study, wherever you are working, post-MBA you would find greater respect, pay and recognition.

Thats why so many engineers are doing MBA today. If you do it after M Tech , even better. However, two things to keep in mind.
Firstly, the instituition where you do these you degrees, especially MBA is very important. Choose a top - rung school.

Secondly, Make sure you work for sometime after M Tech and before MBA. It gets you greater value. You pay will definitely increase by min. 30%. Good Luck!
