when ppl attemp to suicide slitting their wrist they lay in the bath and fill the jakozi with water,why?

Well, as the others have told you, being in the tub won't stop[ it, but, as one person said, being in the tub is relaxing, so, it'll take away the stress of it all. However, looking on the bright side, when a person slits their wrists and stays in the bath tub>>>>>>how considerate! Very little mess to clean! No, I'm not really heartless. While watching someone die slowly, and suffering, I developed a sick sense of humor. It was my only way to cope. (I loved my mother a lot. And it was just as hard when my wife was dying.)

ya ok.. now dat she mentioned it, cleaniing up would be easier.. apart from dat, once u have lost a lot of blood u mite pass out, n then ur blood mite clot without ur knowin it... but if the wounded area is in the water the blood cannot clot... thus, an effective death...

I don't know the actual reason for that but look at it this way, if they don't die from a slit wrist than maybe their COD (cause of death) would be drowning.
