example can you point me to a site that will tell me how to do this for free

Assuming you have a webpage or idea for one and want search engines to give it as a result. Peruse the lower in sources.

when you are doing a search dont type in the .com, this will take you to the site if it is existant. In your search bar type in crackhead or crack users or crackheads on crack. This will give you the results of your search and not take you to the site itself. Good Luck
