My friend used this notebook Apple G3 in France, one day she give me this notebook, unfortunessly she do not remember the password for DVD Drive, I can not use the DVD Drive, because I live in Thailand, that mean the DVD Drive is blocking (different region)
Who can give me a hand to this problem....

Region has no effect on data DVD's only films - and it is not just your DVD drive that imposes Region but the software installed on the computer as well (true, for sure, with PC's & I assume same for Macs).
You will need to Google for an answer (chances are it involves loading a Thai version of OS10 or whatever the G3 runs).
Maybe someone esle here has a better idea ??
