Well there's a wrong way and a right way.
You could dress really trashy, party hard, get the wrong sort of attention and only attract really shallow guys and make friends with other fake girls.
Or you can be yourself, maybe dress a little nicer. Still you, just a little nicer, you could add some eye-catching jewelery maybe, update you're look a little, something. You could also join some clubs or pick up a hobby where you could meet people, including guys, with similar interests that are really interested in YOU, not just some image you're faking.

Let him see you laughing with your friends and laugh at the teachers jokes. It never matters if you have a crooked smile or bucked teeth or pimples on your nose.
Ever notice the "popular" girls or movie stars ?? those people laugh and smile more than others.be sure to add twinkle in your eye and ALWAYS look at that boy like you are including him in the fun when EVER you are in his line of vision.... you will suck him in like a vacuum cleaner and he will never know why.

Depends on your school's social system. Maybe athletic people are more popular at your school. Maybe partying makes you more popular. Maybe being friends with a specific group makes you more popular.

OK first find out what the boy is into then find his favorite music or any thing he likes.Then you act like he acts or do what he does.Next you find a way to talk to him.(drop a book,purse,or what ever u are carrying.)

Well just dont look like those other girls do....look the opisite of what they are like if they wear mini skirts and half shirts you wear jeans and a shirt look respectable...a boy doesnt want a girl that looks like she wants to show everything...a boy wants a girl who is respectable and wont be silly like those other girls...and if this boy doies want to see you wearing almost nothing...then he only wants you for your looks and you dont want that...let this boy see you for who you are and not what your not and he will come around.

Smile at them when you pass, say Good Morning if you have the opportunity. If you smile at them a few times, they will remember you and may get up the courage to ask you out.

Be yourself but be more outgoing and confident and dont be someone that they expect you to be. as with makeup and stuff just do enough to make your features stand out nicely

eat a lot, pig out, buy really huge clothing, eat a lot, and did i mention pig out? you'll get really fat and then you will be so noticable that a car will NEVER hit you! this is how you become more noticable
