I very seldom ever drink anymore, but when I did, there was a lot of drunk dialing going on. What was really funny was when the group of us would be drinking together, in a big conversation and you get stumped on a word & everybody is trying to figure it out, but can't. When we call it a night and all go home usually when everybody is sleeping you figure out the word & call everybody up and tell them in the wee hours of the morning. Hehehe.

my roomate is the only person I have drunk dialed that I remember. I was trashed and needed a ride home cuz I had to work in the morning

No, but I was on the receiving end once.
Some woman from another state kept calling in the middle of the night.
She insisted that we met at a party years ago and that I was the father of her now grown up child.
I never knew somebody with her name, I never heard of the person who had the party, I never had ANY one night stands, and the worst part was trying to get Mama to believe me.

Oh yes, several times. I've even called my boss when I was drunk, not a good thing to do.

In my childhood we made some "trick' (I regret today), calling random number at night and asking "Is it Small residence?" If they answered No of course we apologized (but they wake up anyway). If they said Yes we could say "Change it to a bigger one'.

oh yeah. i called an ex once when i was drunk and told him how i was still in love with him and yadda yadda yadda. i was so embarassed the next mornign when he showed up at the door for our lunch date
