where is the hat in tama town?

in tama town you have to find 10 items to get the golden tamagotchi, and one of the items is a hat. where is the hat though?

go to the travel agency click on the last trip watch it then the hat should be on the hill thingy

go down the hill. there is a man wearing a blue suit. you need to borrow his walking stick. (obviously you do this by hitting the button twice). take the walking stick and go to the town center. next to the shoe factory there are 3 rocks. the rock on the far left is not actually a rock. lift it by hitting the other button. under the "rock" is an envelope with candle wax on it. you need this. take the envelope to the postman (you do know where the post office is, right?) and he will give you a marble. use your powers to combine the marble and the walking stick. the stick will glow green. once the stick is green, it will tell you where the hat is.

The tie is in the school on the teacher, the twirly thing is in the arcade look around,and i forgot where the hat and necklace are but look in the mall.
