So for my Christmas Eve party tonight I have made:

Shrimp Scampi
Stuffed mushrooms
Crab Dip and Cheese dip (with vegetable tray and some crackers)
Olive-Cheese Bread
2 pies

What else can I make?? I need something to counter-act all the cheese so that some of us actually do crap again at some point in our lives.

Hi. You could make a fresh salad using peppers, lettuce and tomatos to balance with cheese, particularly useful with crackers too and some nice salad dressing.
Have a nice party. Merry Xmas!

Your food sounds wonderful. Anyone would be happy to enjoy what your offering. I might add a fresh fruit plate of melons, grapes, and pears. Or you could get a dried fruit & nut plate with dates, papaya, pineapple, cranberries and almonds and walnuts. LOL
This would give you some needed fiber.
Good luck to you.
