There are still areas that are good to live as opposed to others. For example, I would avoid any subdivision that ends in cherry or berry
for example "Blackberry acres" or "Chokecherry acres". And you can tell the run down areas even in our small town of about 3200. There is blight, though very little.

It's a really small town. There aren't "neighborhoods" Just find a nice place on the lake outside of town and then you won't have to worry about it.

Mora is a town of about 3200 people. It doesn't have 'neighborhoods'.
