Wash in a load with 1/4 cup Cascade dishwasher detergent and liquid tide. This will remove greasy cooking stains.

Dish washing detergent is made to remove protein, which cooking grease is.

I have heard that hair spray can do it, but I'd recommend going to the hardware store or automotive parts store and getting WD-40.

What?! WD-40, on my clothes?

Yup. It's very safe, displaces oil and water, and works wonders--even on synthetics. Carzy, but true!

Test on a small area first and then on the stain itself.
