First you have to put in the hard work needed to begin dancing en pointe. Then if you are still needing help, here are a few suggestions that could be causing problems:
Could be several different problems:
-Your shoes are new and not broken in well yet. Work with the shank to soften it up a bit, get it bending into a good arch with out breaking it.
-Your shoes are not a good fit for your foot. Make sure you have your shoes fitted by a professional. Maybe changing pointe shoes would help.
-Your feet are not strong enough yet. Your arch may be weak, your ankles may be weak. Are you exercising your feet regularly to strengthen them? Ask your teacher for exercises.
-Your feet aren't flexible enough. Hopefully this is not the problem, you should not have started en pointe with feet that weren't ready for it.
Try this exercise (if you are not already doing it):
With your feet in 1st, demi plie, the slowly roll onto pointe. Staying in plie, stretch over your pointe then straighten your legs. Make sure you are really forcing your feet to stay en pointe correctly as your do this, keeping them over the correct area of your shoe. You can also do this in a turned in first position.

if these3 shoes are new they might need a little help arching to let your foot go all the way up... when you take them off (after they are warm) try bending them a little to arch them so they become more flexible..BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THEM IN HALF...perhaps ask your dance teacher and if that is an option make sure you bend them more towards the toes than half way
also try just steping right onto the top without rising so you can get the feeling of how it is supposed to be and then try to rise knowing how far you have to push your feet

besides as breaking your shoes, or gently massaging them to create a extra powerful arche, there are some issues you're able to do in case you're donning them. stand dealing with the bar and pointe your foot to the front. Bend it so as that that's on the block. THen push with your leg into the block without shifting your foot. carry this for 0.5 a minute and repeat it on the different foot.

keep working your foot flexibility [your point in general], and after class, when your shoe is still warm from your feet, press your thumbs agaisnt the toe part of the sole. don't bend it, but just apply some pressure and break it in some more. as for actually en pointe, just keep practicing, and do one foot as a time. sometimes [one foot at a time, seriously] lean over the box.

It is very hard to get up on piont. Your muscle of your loes, calves, and foot haven't fully developped (or are not strong enough). Also, I hope you are using pads! If it is the pad that is bothering you then get different kinds. Myself, i could not stand on regular wool pads, so i swtiched to gel tipps. They are fantastic they have gel tips for your toes but the part that covers your foot and toes is wool! I love them! Also, you have to train it took me about 1 week before i could get up on pionte without it hurting! Also, do not think that pionte is going to be easy because it is not! Also, did you buy your pionte shoes from a catalog? If you did you have to make sure (in catalogs they are cheaper but you do not know if they fit), you should go to a dace store for a person to fit them proberally!
HOPE THIS HELPS!!

It sounds to me as though you should take more classes before you do pointe work. when I was a child, my teacher would not let any of us do pointe work until we had taken two years of classes and until she determined whether or not our ankles were strong enough.
And, it does not stop there..... if you are not able to dance well using the soft slippers that everyone wears, then when you get to point work, it is .... not it, ok?
In addition, you can injure yourself, not just your muscles... but you can fall.
Perhaps you would like to change teachers?

it took me two months of summer intensives (two hours of pointe a day) to get all the way over my box. you just have to work at it. ask your teacher about ways to sthretch the muscles in your ankles.
