You haven't mentioned whether this friend is the same sex as you or whether they are the opposite sex, since any advice would be slightly different depending on the circumstances.
Yet either way, if a friend develops feelings of a sexual nature towards you, which are not welcomed or invited then if that friend doesn't respect your decision, then I would say that it might be best to go your separate ways.
It may be difficult for him to see you in the same light as he had before and the same maybe said for yourself.
Sometime friendships end as each person meets a crossroads in their lives, maybe its a sign to move on.
There are times in life when we need to turn a corner.

maybe this guy is a freak or he is really in love with you? look ending a friendship is the worst thing you could possible do if you don't give it time, so just tack time to talk to him and say you don't feel comfortable the way he is acting and say it will ruin the hole friendship if he doesn't stop! and i think that will scare him abit so he mite back off! and if he doesn't then that's the time to end the friendship! but just try to get it in hes head first.

Take some time away from the situation, he does not sound like he is in a healthy place at all, he obviously has not accepted what you have said at all, I would back away quite a bit to be honest. No man has the righjt to touch you and act like this if you have made it clear you are not comfortable with it.

If he's a good friend, try and keep him (they're hard to come by). But make it very clear that all you want from him is friendship.

Try to avoid ending the friendship but if he dosn't stop then you will have to ....even if he does stop then when you guyz hang out you will feel acward so if he dosn't stop then end the friendship and if he keeps touching you after that then get other friends involved

He or she is outstepping the boundary of your friendship. You must try to be completely frank with them and tell he/she that you are not going to change the way you feel towards them you want to draw a line at friendship and they have to accept it. Some straight talking is needed I am afraid.

Don't feel guilty, if he loves you then it's not your problem it's his problem. You can only do what you are already doing. When you really fall in love then he will get the message and hopefully you can remain friends. I have got probs of my own to sort out and this sounds like something quite sweet.

Try to tell him again seriously what you mean. Let him decide if he wants to be your friend, because you want him as a friend and nothing more. I know what he feels like. It's very difficult for him and let him know that if you must , depending how serious the situation is, you'll have to let him go.

I don't think it's a good Idea. You need a spark between the two of you. One sided sparkles could leave one of you feeling zingless, and the other one needs a reciprocated zing.
