Spring b/c it's warmer and flowers start to bloom. Winter is depressing since everything dies and it's cold (there is a reason why the birds migrate!). The snow isn't even fun, it's cold, gets dirty, requires shoveling, and makes people slip and break their necks. The only good thing about it is snow days. Spring is much more cheery because there is something to look forward to: summer vacation and days at the beach. The winter begins with the holidays so after that the only thing to look forward to is the coming of spring.

I hope you are talking about tires. All season tires, in my opinion are the best. Winter tires are too hard.
