welll u can read book but it can't help you lot you need be passion and need one good teacher and Check out a book from the library on it. For a cursory comprehension you could look it up in the encyclopedia. There is always the google search. Whatever you do though, do not use wikipedia.

See an anethesiologist who specializes in it for patients allergic to convential drugs. Somrtimes they also teach self hypnosis thats how I learnt.
