Being as my immediate family members are vegetarians, we have no "traditional" Christmas dinner, although lasagna seems to be a pretty frequent stand in. My mom and I both make fantastic lasagne and as I discovered yesterday my dad does too. Then of course we have those delightful little Icelandic things we make. I fried like 200 of those puppies. I am getting pretty darn good, too.
