Christmas is celebrating the birth of Christ. As for the purpose? A reason to celebrate with family and friends. As for Christmas in general...I enjoy seeing my children and grandson enjoy kindness, love, being together and sharing.

I love xmas for a few different reasons. My parents taught me that it was christ's b-day, so its like a big party with presents and food, family and good times. Since Jesus is not alive we all buy presents for each other to celebrate. I mostly just love the fact that durring xmas every one always seems a little bit nicer, a little more patient, a little more lenient (aww its xmas, forget about it). I wish that people would act like that all the time, because that is why we have xmas, I think, to remind ourselves that we are supposed to love one another, but not just for a month or a day, all the time. People just get lost in the sales and the materialistic part of the holliday instead of the heart of the holliday.

I like Christmas for it is my favorite time of the year. I like Christmas to see my daughter smile and open up presents. My purpose to Christmas is Jesus and my childs happiness. How about you?

Christmas is really special to me this year. I am a Katrina victim and it's really good to spend time with my family and have them all in town.

getting together with family is always awesome when it comes to the holidays it's where everyone can come over and just catch up on life.
