There is no such place. Yes, The united states is portrayed as such with all the capitalism, greed, corruption, and epitomizing the bully figure of the world. But the fact remains that the majority of people here do not choose to live like that, and have no choice in those matters that concern and are decided by
.an elite few. This country is in the limelight because of recent politics and it's financial position in the world. Much more horrendous things than those that would make you think it's "the devil's kingdom" are taking place elsewhere in the world, yet they go unnoticed because there is no publicity. If you take into consideration the overwhelming since of generosity of the people here, as has been displayed by charitable efforts in other parts of the world (whose citizens donated the most to tsunami victims?), and internally with disasters such as Hurricane Katrina or 9/11, you will find otherwise.
It is wrong to form such a generalized opinion of the people of an entire nation based on the actions and choices of a handful of people. The hate, discrimination, and irrationality that is encompassed by the message you create with this question is what truly is "the devil's kingdom". Not any place or country.

I don't know who you are, nor do I want to, but I am proud to be American. The U.S. has done more for other countries than any other country. It is a great place to live. If you do live here GO HOME, if you do not live here then we Americans are ever so thankful. Either way I think you can kiss my American GRITS!
