Wow! Until you asked this question, I didn't have a clue that there actually WAS a traditional Christmas Eve dinner!!! But there is, seafood. Wow, again. Thanks!
We don't have anything special, since my folks have a "tree trimming" party that starts at about 8:00 and goes until midnight, with lots of party-type food. Thus, I usually don't even eat dinner.
On Christmas Day supper (late) we always have oyster stew. That's my grandparents tradition. But I've always hated oyster stew, so I just eat the oyster crackers. Too full from dinner anyway.
Merry Christmas!

Your dinner sounds awesome.. I love octopus salads (and linguinie/shrimp/lobster too).
We may have honey or syrup baked ham. Not sure on plans yet.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

You know I'm having the same as you, and as one of the lucky ones who will be seated beside Mitch I will also be getting an earful of heavy breathing and snorting and possibly a spit shower. Maybe I'll pass on dinner tonight.
