I want to do business of Wireless Internet Service Provider with the speed of 250kbps or more, instead of giving cable connection to everyones home. Is anyone doing this type of business, if yes then what will be the investment in INR(indian rupees)

you would need commercial grade networking equipment with a basic setup to accommodate 48 users. the equipment (if used) would probably run around $75-100K US with T3 access at $2,000 month.
