He says my body needs semen just like it need air water and food. I am worried because I will be 20 in a little over a year but I dont think I am ready for sex.

Princess, don't fall for that. The guy just wants in your pants. You decide when you are ready.
There are no ill health effects for not having sex.
There can be plenty for having sex though, such as:
unwanted/unplanned pregnancy, mononucleosis, clamidya, HIV/AIDS, herpes, gohnarea, syphilis, hepatitis, cytomegalovirus (CMV), and the list goes on and on.
Some of these are mild, some are deadly and some stick around for a lifetime just to remind you of those precious 7 little minutes of pleasure. (I said 7 minutes because that's the average length of time for a guy to reach ejaculation. The truth is this guy would probably last about 4 minutes judging by how desperate his attempt to lure into bed is.)
1. You have every right to say "no" to sex.
2. You have a right to say "stop"
3. You have the right to choose who not to have sex with.
4. You have the right to decide when to have sex.
5. You have the right to decide what kind of sex you have.
6. You have the right to decide where you have sex.
7. You have the right to feel safe and protected when and if you decide to have sex.
Don't do anything that you don't want to do. Don't do anything that doesn't feel right. If you don't feel safe or comfortable don't do it.
Tell him that your 18 not 12 and that you doubt even a 12 year old will fall for that line, unless he has been using it on 12 year olds.

You can tell this assh*le that he can do better than that to get you into bed. The fact of the matter is.... this guy is feeding you a pile of bull sh*t and the real truth is simple. A woman's body does not need Semen any time / any age. When you are ready to start having sex, it must be when your ready and with the person your in love with and hopefully, not with this guy that's shucking it right down to the Cobb. Yea, you need semen like another hole in the head! Honey, I've heard some real big lines, but this one takes the cake. He is full of it....He is only concerned for himself and not considering what he's asking you do. He has no respect for you. Tell him to take his semen and stick it where the sun doesn't shine. No, you don't need semen. There have been some studies done that seem to suggest that women who have monogamous relationships with regular sex appear to have a smaller chance of depression, but this not associated in any way with semen.

None sense. You may choose celibacy and live a long and healthy life if you wish. Or you may choose sex with someone else or with yourself, and live a long and healthy life as well. The choice is entirely up to you. Sex or lack thereof has nothing to do with longivity. Nobody ever died of lack of sex, but many people died because of sex, such as STD, HIV/AIDS, etc.
