There may be something going on that neither you or this girl's husband knows about. Confront your husband and get him to speak the truth about the situation. If he continues to ignore you, keep bringing it up and be demanding about it. It may cause some tension, but you have the right to know. After all he is married to you and not the neighbor's wife. Or try have a conversation with the girl's husband maybe than something will be brought out in the open.

Men have the habit of looking at anything and everything that walks by but if the person lives next door he has already had his share of looks. Don't blame yourself either, he is the one who is looking. If you continue to allow this behavior then it will tear down your self esteem and more unpleasantness will occur. I was married to someone who was the same way and he used his looking to fuel his sexual fantasies in our bed. We are no longer married and I am happier now as I have found someone who really knows how to love me and not make excuses as to the things he does by saying "it keeps his love for me alive". This man is using you and it's up to you to change your life so he's not in it. Can you? Will you? Do you want to better your life? Remember it's all up to you and your happiness. If you don't do anything about it then it must not bother you that much. Talking is good but it's cheap if it isn't followed up by action! There are a lot of things you can do, confront him every time he behaves this way, try to get him into counseling, don't let his behavior bring you down. Many books are available but you can't be complacent do something even if its getting rid of him.

Tell him that if he even thinks of crossing the line it's over and you'll have half of everything he owns. He may just need a wake up, some men get complacent about the attention they give their wives. If he doesn't care and you find out then you know what to do. I know you must love him and your right it should be exclusively you (that must hurt a great deal). You've already told him it makes you uncomfortable so why does he continue? I don't get it!

Your husband is a fool, and he is treading on shaky ground. He either is already shagging the neighbor or he wants too. Confront him and let him know you are not going to tolerate that disrespect any longer.

well it is normal for men to stare. But then looks like mama has not been taking care of things in the bedroom too good either. Women do not know this, but NORMALLY, if you keep your man happy in the bedroom, the eyes do not wander too far. Of course, this does not mean just a ritual nightly thing, but hea, get your hubby in the kitchen or whenever he stares at her and see if you can get him aroused. Watch the animal kingdom, on how male animals react and it will give you some insight on the male human. hahaha
