No. There is no way to increase your height by any appreciable amount. Anything you do will be temporary, and if it's not temporary, then it will be likely that you'll need to see a chiropractor or surgeon afterwards.

No pill is going to make you taller.

Get platform shoes. Low risk, low cost.

There is a "painful" method developed by a Russian doctor currently popular with Chinese women, whereby the shin bone is
"broken" and set in a cast about an inch apart. Soon the bone grows in the gap and the shin bone is elongated resulting in increased height after healing is complete. Average gain 1-2".

U have not mentioned ur sex. Anyway U have nothing to do except ur leg bones getting cracked , When they will be recovered, u will achieve some mm in a yr. So do more & more sports.

i no theres a medicine out ther called height max and it can make u grow up to 2 inches

hanging with arm one minute and repieted half hours. you do the exersises daily befoure sleeping and at when you sleeping will be strait. you get more length
