Their ideal temperature is between 60-75 degrees. While it's a little on the cold side, it's not going to harm them.

Keep in mind, these are domesticated animals, not nearly the same as wild guinea pigs. It's like comparing wolves to dogs.

Guinea pigs are tropical, originated in South America, and are common in some parts of Africa, therefore, they survive well in higher temperatures. A little warmer than 62 is preffered. If the temperature cannot be adjusted, make sure your pet gets proper vitamin C, to prevent cold and keep basic health up and is not wet. Make sure no cool drafts hit your pet ( cover them with a **** PARTIALLY) and give them extra bedding a preferrably a house or cubby hole to snuggle in.

While 62 is a little lower than they prefer, they're not going to die as long as the temperature doesn't spike up and down all day. If you really wanted to you could heat it up a little bit. You can also give them some extra bedding to dig down into or a big glob of hay to nestle in, which will help keep them warm.

nicely needless to say, they only did no longer care plus they're mean, merciless & sure, ill people. some people do in basic terms no longer care approximately animals in any respect, yet i do no longer understand why absolutely everyone could purchase 2 guinea pigs & an aquarium and then in basic terms throw them away. in the event that they desperate that they did no longer choose for them or could no longer shop them anymore, they'd have completed quite a few different issues with them. My first concept is they'd have given them to an elementary classification to attend to & learn from/approximately!! Or stumbled on a relatives w/toddlers that would have enjoyed the G. pigs or if no longer the rest taken them to the animal safeguard. yet those have been needless to say merciless, uncaring people!!

you need to but it up a little bit they can get a cold. They are from south America. Mine usually sleep all day it's normal. If you haven't touch them you should give them a bit more attention but not to much because they have each other. So put it up a little bit.

why dont you just put the in the house?
they might not get along yet unless you bought them together
thats no to cold but it depends how warm in was where you got them (where the were raised)
you should go back to the pet store or whatever and ask them what they think
play with them if you think there cold and it will warm them up!
good luck!
