IS gasoline really so expensive? Bottled water today is nearly the price of gasoline! Look at it this way: Back in the 60's, gas was about the same price per gallon as a pack of cigarettes. Today, it's about half the price of a pack. Anything you could compare the price of gas to, has gone up far above the price of gasoline. It's illogical to expect gas prices to remain the same while everything else goes up. So even if you COULD use water in your gas tank, gasoline, compared to other products, isn't really all that expensive anyway. Some folks would like to use liquor instead of gasoline. But that too, would be cost-prohibitive. We are learning that in the long run, even ethanol isn't all that cheap.

Water is not combustable and your engine was designed to run on refined gasoline. You can call an alternative fuel supplier and get them to recommend a company that would retrofit your car for an alternate fuel, like propane. It runs cleaner and is more effiecient than gasoline.

Most people know gasoline cannot replace water.

Hydrogen, and 2 oxygens don't provide the pure enough energy as found in gasoline.

Yes, but you might get hit by a car while walking to the store drinking your water, especially with all the drunks out tonight. Stay home, be safe, enjoy Denver. How are the roads out there? The snow was big enough to make national news.

That will work if you pour an acid with the multiplier of 1X10 square and the same amount of a base of 1X10 -12 into your tank, the reaction to water will cause a combustible liquid. Now you figure out which acid and which base!! :)

Well if you use water, you will not have to be worried about driving anywhere. You will be walking. Gas is expensive because of supply and demand. Big demands Little supply. With some thanks going to our Govt. for making it so expensive and difficult to build more oil refineries.
