I'M 61 YEARS OLD AND A LONG TIME RANGERS FAN. I HUNG AROUND WITH AN OLDER CROWD AND WE ALL WERE AT THE GARDEN ON APRIL 29, 1971. I WAS A SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL AND YES I WAS ONE OF 17,500 FANS AT THE GARDEN THAT NIGHT. WHEN STEMKOWSKI SCORED, THE ENTIRE GARDEN ROSE FROM THEIR CHAIRS AND YELLED SCORE! TILL THIS DAY IT IS THE LOUDEST NOISE I EVER HEARD.
