Im in michigan now but i am very willing to move to the surounding states and of course colarado because colorado is the bomb!. Ive already shadowed a park ranger too see wha they do and i have a 6 year scolarship to any school in michigan and the surrounding states i plan on getting a degree in park managment and another in nature and agriscience. I really hope someone can help me here im very interested in this career

To be a park ranger, all you really need is a high school dipolma. College education is a plus. Also, make sure your not convicted of any felonies and be in good physical shape. Maybe you should volunteer to get experience and take some cpr or fire safety classes at your local college.

To become a park ranger, you have to take some law enforcement classes. My grandson took 4 ys of law enforement and worked in Washington DC, for a while then he was offered a park job in Penns. and turned it down. They don't make as much money as state police, sheriffs etc.
