If this is a matter of a computer game and installing then your computer either Is having issues loading it and or doesnt have enough room or ram if it is an internet game. It could be that you need to create an internet cache folder. To do that log in as the administrator account on windows xp and go back to that site your computer will normally make an internet cache folder. If it is a game console the most famous of all is the game being scratched. If this is the case you can buy a disc scratch remover at a game store. If the game is dusty or dirty then clean it with water and maybe soap if it is very mild. If it doesnt load any of the games and they are scratch free and clean you need to take your game console to a repair shop because it could be a sensor or a laser issue. I hope this information helps
