You could learn to stop telling fibs.
I find it hard to believe that either your ballet teacher or the people who sold you the shoes did not tell you anything about stuffings and pads and things to make your feet comfortable, especially if you are new to pointe work. And your ballet classmates have no suggestions?
I just can't believe tha no one has helped you.

Have your feet recently grown? Have you changed brands or styles? If your feet have changed, then you might need to re-consider the brand or style you go with. That could be the culprit.
I would consider consulting a podiatrist (foot doctor.)
I assume you've tried icing your feet and using anti-inflammatory meds (e.g. Advil), and that you're an old pro who knows who to break in a pair of pointe shoes, but have you tried slamming your point shoes in the door jamb? That really breaks them in.
Good luck and hope your feet adjust soon!

if you were not fitted for your shoes it is very likely that they don't fit you prperly...go to a local dance store that sells points shoes and also does fittings...they have been trained and know which shoe is right for you...
