Gift cards. Maybe for mom and "dad," a gift card for a nice dinner. For your brother, maybe a gift card to a music store or iTunes. Dog - go get him or her a bone at the store. Or, Amazon has gift cards too.

Buy or make a food item that you know they personally like. It's not so much the food item, it's the thoughtfulness that you are aware of what they like. One year my 11 year daughter gifted me with a special bowl and some ice cream store coupons as she knows I love ice cream. Also, sincere notes of reflection, love, memories are a treasure / gift in itself. Your dog, go to the meat counter at local store and ask for left over bone for your dog. Not all gifts have to be of a certain price or bought in a store. Merry Christmas.

ok moms/dad or dad like figures always like home made gifts.. ok well at least mine did. i am last minute myself, but just throw together some really meaningful christmas cards...but still mean what you write & maybe i don't know in the morning or right now go find some flowers in your back yard & put them in like a cleaned out food jar. i don't think they will get upset that you didn't buy them something because it IS the thought that counts.
best of wishes. & merry christmas too! <3

There are so many fantastic ideas of things to get that are small, but valuable. For the mom: slippers (Macys), lotions and skin care items (Victoria's secret a great place), gift cards never fail! For Mom's b/f: alcohol is always a safe gift and always appreciated...a good bottle of his fav liquor or a unique bottle of wine. For the brother: gift card all the way, kids his age just want what they want. Throw in a bag of lindt/godiva chocolates and he's set. Dog...always loves bones!

Self-made cards for everyone but the dog. He might chew his up. Maybe give him a cracker or two (without sugar) or some other snack. The parents you could probably give a hug, the dog could be wished a merry Christmas, and for the brother one of the two would probably be fine.

Other than that, maybe you have something of your own you could give one of them, but remember when you give it, it's theirs and be prepared not to regret it or complain later. :o)

Have a merry Christmas!
