im supposed to be cleaning for my grandma's arrival, but ill be playing my new guitar tommorow!

It is the annoying Pagan traditions that go along with the Pagan holiday that are annoying. If the time was extended families getting together like Thanksgiving, and living in gratitude it would be fun. It is the hassle of not being able to afford gifts, and many people having plenty of what is affordable already. Food and bills paid are what many need. All of those gifts under the tree that we see on TV, with those happy to be with each other, perfect families, are as realistic as, me a size two, beautiful, with a gorgeous family, and a generous income. I'm not putting up a tree this year, or sending out cards. I'll be generous with hugs, and a good dinner. And I'm planning on loving everyone I run into, over the holidays. And yes, I'll visit with those with the overflowing carts in front of me, and behind me.

My excuse for being on here today is because the only other things I can possibly do are read, practice piano, and finish up some homework. Those things I'll do before and after lunch. Tomorrow, I'll be on here for six hours. The rest of the time I'll be watching the Christmas Parade on ABC and partying it up at a friend's house. My excuse for tomorrow, for being on the Internet instead of doing Christmas stuff, is that we don't celebrate it. We're Muslim, our "Christmas" is next Saturday, which will be on the 30th.

This IS what I'm suposed to be doing. Checking email and the YA scene. How nice to communicate without having to go outside or talk on the phone. (bonus points were waiting for me, yah!)

i dont need an excuse to be on Y!A. I plan on popping in tommorrow and asking a question about what people got. Supposed to be doing? Hmm tecnhincaly cleaning the bathroom but its easy to see why im not to keen on it

My father in law called last night and said Christmas was canceled because my mother in law has the flu. I might be on tomorrow for a while.
