I actually work for UPS. We usually deliver shipments to commercial stors such as walmart and gamestop between 9 am and 12 noon. Just depends how fast we are going that day.

It varies from store to store, and even with 1 store, the times varies.
I've seen UPS deliver some games around 9 am while I was waiting for the PS3 pre-order. Other times, I've seen them deliver packages around 11 am. I've also heard that sometimes it comes in the afternoon.
UPS delivery for EB/GS is just the same as the delivery to your house if you place an online order. Sometimes you get it early in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, and sometimes at night. It all depends on their route and how many stops they have to make.

You need to call them an ask. I'm sure those two stores took preorders, but maybe you can still get your hands on one.
