Not really. I hate all the hustle and bustle that leaves people cross and cranky and overstressed at Christmas - and most of that comes from the material aspects of Christmas, for which we can thank all the advertisers who want us to buy, buy, buy. If you can get past that, there is so much that makes Christmas special. Visit your local church and listen to the choir singing. Doesn't matter if it's your church or not -- the people in the choir are special and the music is special. Put on your boots and mittens and go look at the Christmas lights. Some people have created dazzling displays. Go to the local nursery and admire the themed Christmas trees they have created. Help serve lunch at a soup kitchen. Sometimes giving an hour of your time is the most important gift you can give, and the homeless and helpless will certainly bless you for helping them.
Relax, and enjoy the season. We have so much to be thankful for, it's good to take a few minutes and just appreciate all that we do have.
Merry Christmas to you.

i do not hate it besides the indisputable fact that that is a very unhappy time of the three hundred and sixty 5 days for a large kind of causes. I see this kind of large number of spending what they don't have on what they don't choose and what received't very last, utilizing themselves into depressions and psychotic habit as they benefit this, at the same time as the extremely needy are given "crumbs" from the table of the orgy of shopper intake and outright greed. What little spirituality there is interior the season has to take a decrease back seat to all of this. Then, that's over! The spirit of "giving" rapidly is forgotten even although the needy nonetheless exist and are nonetheless in choose, which includes the hungry, homeless, the lonely and the elderly. those who over spent now ought to take care of close to finanicial spoil and under no circumstances eanough left to pay the expenses. it should be a lot nicer and extra life like if all of us basically tried to be nicer and extra charitable all 3 hundred and sixty 5 days lengthy extremely than making a reveal of the same once a three hundred and sixty 5 days. ma'a salaam

Mate, I do too. I don't get on with my family yet once a year I'm forced to make polite chatter with them. Plus a good friend of mine was murdered 4 years ago at xmas, that usually kills the mood. Also it has lost it's meaning, it's more about presents and crap TV these days and a lot of kids don't even know that it's to do with the birth of Christ.
