Ok I will be 38 wks on Tuesday since yesterday I have been having this weird felling in my stomach. It's like I feel like I am getting sick and going to get the runs but then it goes away. Sometimes I will feel my stomach tighten but not all the time. It really is uncomfortable, I was wondering if these are sings labor is getting closer?

Oh and I keep getting this pain down there when I walk or when the baby moves.

Your body is preparing to deliver the baby. It's not the labor pains it's just... well, pain. It's very hard to know when to go to the hospital when it's your first pregnancy.
You'll know you're in labor when the pain causes you to have stop talking or walking to make it through the minutes of pain. Before that, it's all just a big prelude.

Im 40 weeks pregnant i have had those feelings for weeks its just indegestion and a crammed baby in your womb. My bestfriends are Tums and mylanta (liquid anti-acid and gas relief) Lol! they are life savers try them they really work wonders

I would suggest you go in to get checked. Not all labors are text book. My second was all back labor and I didn't realize that happened. (I know stupid me!!) Good luck

the doc says that the baby has tun=rned and head is bumbing birth canal.

If you feel your baby drop, that's a sign that it will be within a few days. With me, my water broke so I knew it was time to go.
